Lutz-Günther Scheidt

Lutz is founder and partner of innoheroes, Germany with a background that includes leading R&D, Market & Industry analysis functions while identifying and leveraging emerging technology to develop products and services to deliver outstanding results. He is adept at fostering strong alliances with global business partners, government and private organizations, and the academic community.
Lutz is well-versed in European Union directives, including WEEE, RoHS, IPP, EUP, and REACH. He is an innovative leader and solution provider with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to surpass objectives. His key strengths include ECO Design, Program Management, Technology/Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, Research & Development, Operations and Organizational Management, Product Evaluation and Recycling Technology.
In his previous stint as the Director of Environmental and Production Compliance, at Sony International, Germany he promoted environmentally beneficial products in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and the Near East while promoting sustainability and recycling positions internally and to external sources, including the media, customers, academic, NGO, research, and political communities attaining global acceptance. While at the Technical University Vienna, Vienna, Austria he was the Honorary University Professor of Recycling Technology and Eco-Efficiency overseeing research activities encompassing recycling technology, eco-design, multi-lifecycle strategies, eco-efficiency, and sustainability within the electronics industry. He also managed R&D and innovation and cross-disciplinary environment while leading new concept and product marketing.

Dr. Harald Stadlbauer

Harald is founder and partner of innoheroes, Germany with a background of consulting, telecom and leadership. He is keeping a global network of innovative companies, friends and business partners specially in IT and telecom industry. In his previous role as vice president of Tmobile international, he developed new products and markets, ideas and new ways for expanding business. Further he developed strong project management, consulting and leadership skills in his functions as ressource manager at CAP Gemini and Manager for environment projects at SONY Europe.

Kurt Lay

Kurt is founder and partner of innoheroes Germany with a big background in automotive and wind energy. The Know How is in development, production and after sales. This is an extra ordinary knowledge. So he understands the whole process from making the first thoughts in strategies to the product, the development process, production planning and preparing the after sales business. The strength is in efficient processes, lean production, cost and quality optimized products and a profitable after sales.
The passion of Kurt is to make things better. With this way he achieved and holds a lot of patents.
Kurt worked successfully many years for Daimler in different fields in Germany and foreign countries. One highlight in this time was the M-Class project. From the feasibility study to the site selection, cutting the first tree on the site up to build the first vehicle in Alabama Kurt was one of the leaders.
Since 2006 he work as a freelancer in very successful projects with different car manufactures (BMW, Fiat, Ferrari, McLaren, Hyundai,…) and also with a big wind energy manufacture (Vestas). Generally the focus in all projects is eliminating the non value added and boost of quality, customer satisfaction and profit.
To transfer the long year knowledge to the young generation Kurt works also as a assistant professor on the university of Esslingen (Germany) and Shanghai (China)
